I cannot emphasise enough how much I would recommend using Macramé Travel.
Monique handled travel arrangements for us for a family trip to Italy. I went seamlessly. Transfers were fantastic, accommodation in the perfect locations between all the important tourist sites and her pricing was better than all other quotes received. She even contacted us throughout our trip to check in if everything is going well.
But the most impressive dealing that I had with her recently, the day after the RWC Final. We did not book through Macramé(first mistake). Our flights did not work out and we were basically stranded in Paris. Monique secured flights for us on a Sunday afternoon when nobody else could. And she even followed up again during stopovers to make sure everything is in order. Amazing service at a great price.

I asked Macrame Travel to assist in a booking for a weekend away for the management team of our company. We said Pilansberg, conference facilities, gave a budget & dates. Along the way, there were some extra requirements because there were little children travelling with and Monique always assisted with a smile. She was able to do her magic and we had the most incredible weekend and all our expectations were catered for, from amazing game drives, delicious food, great conference facilities to rooms that suited everyone's needs.
